Back to basics! If you've been following me for a while, you have probably picked up on the fact that I LOVE eggs. I eat them almost every day, in any way shape or form, and a nice soft scramble is definitely a top contender of my all time faves. And they are so easy to make! Next time you're making scrambled eggs for breakfast, try this method and let me know how you like it! Full recipe details below:
Ingredients (2 servings):
4 eggs
2 tbsp milk or half and half
1/2 tbsp butter
Maldon sea salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium low heat. Add butter. In a separate bowl, crack all 4 eggs and whisk together with milk until evenly combined. Once butter is melted, add egg mixture to the pan. Using a rubber spatula, gently push the eggs around the pan from one side to the other until they have reached your desired consistency. This usually takes 3-4 minutes the way I like them! Season with sea salt and pepper and serve!
